Washing Daddy's Truck

Sage loves it when Jordan washes his truck. Actually Sage loves anything to do with water.



And for some reason he loves to get into a bucket of water. Any size bucket...it doesn't matter to him how big or how small it is. He will squeeze into the bucket clothes, shoes and all













This little guy loves the water that is for sure!



Hmm I'm not sure if the truck got washed but Sage sure did end up pretty clean :)

Almost As Good As Christmas Morning!

We try to rotate toys here. I have a serious problem with buying my kids too many toys and so they have well...WAY too many toys! The problem with too many toys is that most of them don't get played with AND my house looks like a toy shop (not that it still doesn't usually look that way lol) so we put toys in tubs and put them in the attic and then rotate them out.


Well for the last couple of years we have only been rotating out the toys in the front of the attic and I decided it was time to take down all the tubs of toys and go through them. HOLY COW! We had 6 tubs of toys in the back of the attic. YES you read that right 6 tubs!


So yesterday was almost like Christmas morning for my boys....









Sage actually jumped for joy when we opened the tubs for them to play. He had never seen most of these toys so they were brand new to him.











Yep it was almost as good as Christmas morning. I did say almost because nothing can be better than Christmas morning :)

Cajun Music Pageant

Chloe was in her 2nd pageant. We are new to the pageant world and I have to say after only doing 2 pageants we are hooked! It's so much fun! I didn't get many pictures at this pageant b/c the stage was far away and the lighting wasn't very good for pictures but I'll still post the ones that I did get :)


Almost all pageants start at 9 or 10am...and guess what time is naptime for Chloe... YEP about 9 or 10am! So for both pageants Chloe was a little sleepy. At least for this pageant she didn't fall asleep on stage

And Chloe won 1st Runner up! We were in shock to say the least. Chloe didn't smile at all in this pageant either so we didn't expect to win anything so winning 1st Runner Up was awesome!!

The next pageant we plan to do it a swimwear pageant! It's at the end of this month and I can hardly wait. Chloe's bikini is too cute! I tried it on her the other day and it fits perfectly...just hoping she doesn't outgrow it by the end of the month lol!

What did I do today?

Well this is ONE thing I did today...





I made this cute invitation for a friend! I hope she likes it. I made her sweet little girl's invitation last year too! Lily Bug is just too cute and I can't believe she is already turning 3 years old. Gosh! How time flies!

Yummy Watermelon

Chloe ate watermelon for the 1st time the other day. I wasn't sure she was even going to like it but she loved it! Cold yummy watermelon! She didn't actually eat much at all she mainly chewed on it and drank some of the juice.
