4-52 Imperfection
Sleepless nights, scribbles on the walls, dishes piled, snotty little noses, cereal all over the floor, laundry to catch up on, work to finish........ Imperfection
But give us some paint and a little sunshine and it all just seems to fade away.
Let's face it, life is less than perfect. And with 3 busy little kids I've learned I don't have to do it all....this is our life, and I will enjoy every moment of it! I can't be perfect and I am just fine with that. We love our perfectly imperfect life :)
This past week we had a few beautiful days that were nice and warm so we went out and let the kids paint. This is a picture of my sweet 3 year old little boy's feet. Yes his toenails are painted...hey at least it's black and not pink :)

3-52 Inspiration
My children.
They are my inspiration.
They fill up my heart and inspire me to become a better person every single day.
They are the reason I fell in love with photography in the first place. And the reason I pick up my camera each and everyday.
These 3 little cuties are my inspiration in everything I do.

Keep Calm
I'm sure you have seen the Keep Calm and Carry On signs everywhere.
And now of course they have all kinds of new ones that have funny little saying.
This is the one I'm going to be hanging in our home...
So. funny. And so true!
This house is anything but calm.
We have 3 very active playful spirited kids.
And we love them to pieces.

Another tooth
Daxton lost another tooth yesterday! That little tooth had been dangling for weeks now and finally came out.
The tooth fairy brought him a game for his play station 3 and he was one happy little boy this morning!

2~52 LIFE
"Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans."
This weeks theme was Life....I thought well that's easy...my kids are my life! Everything I do is for them! I take pictures of them every single day so I'd surely find one that I loved by the end of the week.
Then Sunday night my husband's father passed away. A week that was suppose to be inspired by a theme about life was suddenly not only about life but also death.
I think death sometimes makes you reflect on your life. Jordan really didn't know his dad very well. And with his death it made us think of the life that was missed. He also has 2 siblings that he's never really known but this week we were able to meet them and start to get to know them.
"Every man dies, but not every man really lives"
We are excited about the new people that are in our life! They have been so welcoming and loved on our children like they have always known them. They remind me of my side of the family so much and I'm glad they are going to be a part of our lives now!
So instead of a picture of my 3 kids who represent my life. My weekly photo is a picture the represents life this week.... A picture of two cousins who were able to meet for the very 1st time this week.
This picture represents family, love, togetherness....what LIFE is all about!
"Life is not a matter of counting the years, but making the years count."

Stitches!
Well last night we had our very 1st boo boo that we had to go to the hospital for.
2 little monkeys were jumping on the bed and 1 bumped his head!
Sage must have bumped it on the loft bed and it split his head open. It wasn't too bad though but it definitely needed stitches.
So last night on Friday the 13th lol we spent most of the night in the ER waiting for him to get stitches.
He was very brave and pretty good while they stitched him up!
We go back in 7 days to have them removed. Hopefully we don't have anymore accidents any time soon!
