Our cat
Last time I shared pictures of our Cat-Cat she was just a tiny kitten. Now she is BIG! She eats more than our dog.
She is a really sweet sweet cat. My kids adore her. They can be rough with her sometimes but she doesn't seem to mind. She never bites them or scrathes them. She doesn't even hide from them.
We love her!
Today we did her nails....
Isn't she cute??? :)

Shell Island
We decided while we were there we would go to Shell Island. We had heard several good things about it. It is a uninhibited island. There is nothing there...not one single building or stucture not even bathrooms. There is one pontoon boat that brings people back and forth from the island. Why would we want to go??? Well they say they have beautiful shells and beautiful water. So off we went to look for shells and play
Not very long after we arrived at Shell Island the skies in the distance were black.
There was absolutely nothing we could do. The pontoon boat only carried 35 people at a time and takes 30min to get there and back and there were about 250 people on the island.
I won't go into alot of detail but we ended up digging a hole and putting my kids in it and trying to cover them with an umbrella.
I took this pictures right before the storm got bad and I went into panic mode lol
The thunderstorm was terrible and the rain felt like hail hitting us! Thankfully the kids were under the umbrella and the storm didn't last very very long! I have never felt so helpless! Daxton did much better than I would have ever expected. He did meltdown and cry and he was scared to death but he recovered much quicker than I thought he would and once the storm was over he even got back into the water.
Let's just say we will never be going back to Shell aka HELL island ever again! lol

Sand Crabs
At night everyone would go down to the beach and look for sand crabs.
I'm quite sure our kids had no idea what we were really looking for lol! They just had a blast being on the beach at night with flashlights and nets.
This is what the sand crabs look like
Yikes!!!
I thought they were scary looking!
